Once you’ve completed your payment, please fill out our Client Satisfaction Survey so we can learn from your experience. We want to know what we can do better and what we should keep doing, as well as any other thoughts you want to share.
If you have opted out of receiving a PayPal invoice where you can pay by Please complete payment below as per the plan on your invoice. You may Including any voluntary tips or contributions you have made, but we encourage you to contribute these extra funds to one of our crowdfunds. At minimum, you must pay your subsidized total. - Send an e-transfer to payments@phce.ca (autodeposit, no password)
- Request a Paypal invoice to pay by debit or Credit card
- Go to our Fundrazr and pay as a crowdfund amount – feel free to leave a public note!
- If you have WordPress, select “Pay Invoice” below
- Request to send a cheque
