“I will refresh the weary and satisfy the faint.” Jeremiah 31:25
As a new month rolls in, let’s keep this promise in mind!
As we feel battered and bruised from the week, month, or year previously, let’s not give up; instead, may we seek refreshment in the Word of God.
Open a new chapter of your life. Start a new day, a new month, and a new year. Our attitude is the most important thing!
But you say you have no idea how hard the last while has been. But I do. It has been difficult for so many people. Yet God’s word says he will refresh us – he doesn’t say he will take away the problem.
Do you feel faint? Are you tired? Me too! Yet let us not despair. Let us cling to hope, what is good, and that evil will not prevail. That injustice will not continue, but rather, justice will flow. That people will be restored and refreshed. May the month of June bring new beginnings and hope for a brighter future.
