Hello, I am Adrian Manlongat, the Fiscal Director at Planet Hope Christian Enterprising. As a second-generation immigrant, I am the first person in my family to pursue a post-secondary education and decided to pursue a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Accounting at the University of Calgary. I could see myself thriving in a career focused on advising individuals financially to help them make well informed decisions, as well as a keen ability for accuracy and attention to detail. With this experience I hope to pursue a CPA designation after finishing my undergraduate degree to continue my professional development. Some of my hobbies include basketball, working out, video games and music. As a Seventh Day Adventist, I love to volunteer with Christian organizations, having prior experience with the Mustard Seed as well as the Calgary Food Bank, to assist in their goals, and I believe that my accounting education and willingness to learn will help Planet Hope achieve theirs.
