Today in Israel we have the Friends of Yad Sarah organization! The mission of Yad Sarah is to enable chronically ill, disabled, infirm, and terminally ill people, regardless of their age. They foster a lifestyle so that people can live freely no matter their condition; being on their own, in the care of their families or caregivers, with dignity and as independently as possible. With many volunteers and donations, the Friends of Yad Sarah have been able to create over 120 branches all over Israel.
